The logo is the first step in branding as it's what most people see when they come into contact with a business. Having an immediate impact is crucial as it will either mean you've gained your customer's trust or lost them forever due to an unprofessional and hastily designed logo.

When creating a brand, I like to interview the client to make sure I know their heart, what makes them passionate about their business, and what they're wanting to communicate to their customers when they come in contact with their business and their brand.
